We are experts in sourcing renters for your property on a mid term basis, usually from 1-3 months, this can be useful for owners who lack short term bookings throughout the off seasons. 

WE CHARGE YOU NO FEES - You simply tell us what you would like to receive as an 'all inclusive' price for rental (Wifi & utilities included) and we find appropriate clients.

WE DO NOT REQUIRE EXCLUSIVITY - We are happy to try and book your empty dates, we just need access to an up to date online calendar and you are free to advertise your property wherever you like.

WE SOURCE SPECIFIC CLIENTELE  - We source clients from all over Europe, focusing on those who work remotely or visiting the area for work, offshore workers who enjoy to spend their time off away from home, professional sports teams who travel for training during the winter months and retired clients who wish to spend longer periods abroad without long term commitment.

YOU WILL NEED -

A good quality, fully furnished and functioning property

A trusted Key Holder that knows and manages your property efficiently (a high standard of cleaning is required)

An online availability calendar that is kept up to date

Professional photos (and preferably a walk around video tour) - if you already have photos, we can assess these to check if they are effective enough to use for advertising. (If not, we can assist you in arranging these.)
