We will discuss your requirements/preferences and check that your property complies with the necessary requirements (and map out a plan to rectify if it does not). We will discuss and agree a return you are happy with.

We will list your property across our platforms that produce the best results for the clientele we are focused on attracting to your property. Depending on your set up preference with us, this may or may not include a photography/videography).

Tenancy agreements are always agreed with you before we create any contracts. You are given information about the tenants, their intentions for length of stay and so on. We will work with you to ensure the property is prepared for your clients arrival.
